Meanwhile, Worm gear reducer, ensure the stable conveying and film feeding. The Inline Feeding Sleeve Wrapper has special design sealing blade, firm and straight sealing seams, no crack or no easy sticking to blade.This L Feeding Sleeve Wrapper Without Tray is designed for packing bottles without trays, this model can connect the production line. Its Feeding, wrapping, sealing&cutting, shrinking and cooling will be automatically completed at one station and no need an operator. Different bottle arrays such as: 2x3, 3x3, 3x4, 3x5, 3x6, 4x5 or 4x6 available.This Auto L Bar Sealer adopts imported advanced technology, artwork, OMRON PLC to synthesize the mechanics, electrics and pneumatics ensures its stability and reliability.
Also the auto feeding system accommodates various bottle shapes. Based on Imported photoelectric system for precise printed film location the infeed direction can be left or right according to field layout.
